1. Service description
LondonPlumberAI (“we”, “us”) provides an AI-powered receptionist and call-handling service for plumbers and related trades in London. The service includes (as applicable to your plan): answering and qualifying calls, capturing lead and job details, outbound callbacks, dispatch alerts (e.g. SMS or WhatsApp), and integration with your CRM or calendar. The exact features depend on your chosen plan and configuration. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). 2. Acceptance
By using our website, submitting an onboarding form, or using our service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are acting for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
3. Payment terms
Our current plans are billed monthly:
- Starter: £297 per month (as described on our pricing page).
- Pro: £497 per month (as described on our pricing page).
Payment is due in advance. We may use a third-party payment provider (e.g. Stripe). By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the chosen payment method until you cancel. Prices may change on reasonable notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the service:
- For any illegal purpose or in breach of applicable law (including telecommunications and data protection law).
- To harass, defame, or harm others, or to send spam or unsolicited communications.
- To attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or third-party systems.
- In a way that could damage, overburden, or impair the service.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service (including outbound calls and data processing) complies with PECR, GDPR, and any other applicable rules.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, or data arising from your use of the service.
- Our total liability in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with the cancellation process we provide. We may suspend or terminate the service (or your access) if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or for any other reason on reasonable notice where appropriate. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we may delete or retain data in line with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
7. General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any part of these terms is held invalid, the rest remains in force. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
